The house was built in the 90’s and needed some updates but I also wanted to have a nod to tradition

This house had great bones but was outdated with compartmentalized spaces and low ceiling height in the upstairs.

This is one of my all-time favourite projects. With a ninth-floor location and a strata council that was challenging to communicate with, we had to come up with creative and innovative solutions throughout this project.

The moment I saw this large staircase I knew I wanted to bring Samantha Dickie into the project.

BHD was called in to this project to renovate the bathroom and tie the finishes of the project together. This was a particularly interesting project as this home is high in the hills of Metchosin with no neighbours nearby.

This update was for an unused basement space in a West End church, where they wanted to provide a gathering space for the community.

This was a great project with a big transformation. I turned a dark, masculine kitchen into a bright airy space.
